Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. Prices are in euros and include the VAT of the EU country you are shipping to. The total, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Addresses in the European Union. The countries currently available are listed at checkout. See Shipping.

How quickly will my order arrive?

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, and you receive a tracking link by email. Delivery time depends on your country.

How do I pay?

The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by a secure payment provider, and we never see your card details.

Can I return something?

Yes, and returns are free. As a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, and we send you a prepaid return label. See Returns and refunds.

What if a product is faulty?

You are covered by the legal guarantee of at least two years, and we handle the claim for you. See Warranty claims.

Can I get an invoice for my business?

Yes. Enter your company name at checkout and you will receive an invoice showing the VAT. If your business is registered for VAT in another EU country, contact us before ordering.

Will this work with my camera or setup?

Email us the make and model of your gear and what you want to do, and we will check compatibility for you before you buy.
